Observation

Nails are protruding from the stair that is broken outside leading to the backyard. The chunk of wood that is missing from the stair leading to the yard can cause a child to fall through and/or trip because the stair is missing a big chunk of wood from it. Securing of cubbies in the licensed bedroom was cited during the 12/20/22 inspection . This licensor returned on 2/8/2023 to follow up on a complaint and could not gain access to the room during the inspection. The provider, Amina Saleban Ali stated that she had not been able to secure the item yet that she had tried but it did not work. There are nails/screws that are protruding from the plywood fence post around the yard. The dryer which is located in the house but in route to the outside backyard has a broken latch. Amina was informed of all of the noncompliance issues and stated the landlard was coming to the home on this day 2/8/2023 at 1:30p.m. and would fix items. That she would send pictures to the licensor.
